Building your party package

The most cost effective way to have a party at Clip ‘N Climb is by using a 10 session pass. They are priced at $100 for 2-6 year olds ($10 per head/session) and $130 for 7 year olds up ($13 per head/session). The good thing about these cards is that you don’t have to use them in one visit or by the same person plus they don’t have an expiry date!! So if you have a party and you only invite 6 people along we will only cross of 6 sessions leaving you with 4 to use at a later date. If you have more than 10 people at your party then it will just cost $10 or $13 extra (depending on age) for each additional person climbing.

Step 1. When are you going to have your party?

If you are looking to come to Clip ‘N Climb for a birthday party then the birthday boy or girl will be treated to a FREE Leap Of Faith and a Vertical Drop Slide

Step 2. Want to add some extras to your party, choose one of the options below.

So you have decided when you party is happening how about adding in some extras. Just let us know which options you would like to add on to your party when you book.

i) Party with an ice cream at the end

If you are having a party at Clip ‘N Climb and want to give your group a treat at the end add $1.50 on to each person and they can choose one of 4 ice creams once they have finished to cool them down. They have the choice of a Walls Streets Chocolate Paddle Pop, Rainbow Paddle Pop or an Icy Twist Paddle Pop (subject to availability)

ii) Party with a drink to keep you going

If you are having a party at Clip ‘N Climb and want to give your group a refreshing drink for during the session add $1.50 on to each person and they can have the choice of a 300ml Coca-Cola, Diet Coca-Cola, Fanta, or Sprite. We have also 2 options with a little less sugar Keri Kids 250ml Apple and Blackcurrant or Tropical Burst (subject to availability). To help you out so they don’t get mixed up we will give you marker pen so you can write the kids names on each bottle.

iii) Party with a drink to keep you going and an ice cream to cool you down at the end

Want to make a combo of the 2 options above? Keep the climbers hydrated while they climb, then cool them down with a ice cream once they have finished, add $3.00 per person.

Step 3. Time to make a booking

So you have worked out when you want to have your party and know the extras you want, now it is time to lock it in. The best way to book your session is to give us a ring. We will take all your details (including the birthday boy or girls name) and place the booking into our system. If at any time you need to change your booking you will need to contact us at least 24hrs in advance (i.e. need to change the time or number of climbers).

Step 4. Invitations

Once you have your booking all confirmed make sure you print off some invitations to give to all the people you are inviting. Invitations here

Step 5. Do you need a party room?

We have 3 party rooms available for hire from $30 for up to 12 people seated, $40 for up to 18 people seated, then our large one at $60 which can hold up to 40 people. The rooms are booked for 1 hour 30 minutes. This gives you 30 minutes to set up while they are climbing then an hours use after the climbing session. We will need it back nice and clean again once your hour is up. You are free to bring your own food and drinks, we do have a small kitchen to the side with a fridge, microwave and kettle for you to use. Please let us know when booking if you would like a party room. (Please note that due to our fire alarm system, relighting and sparkler candles can not be used in the party rooms as they will set off the alarm, please just use/bring normal birthday candles).

Step 6. Don't Forget the cake!

It would not be a party if there was not a cake!

Hope this helps, please phone or email us if you have any more questions.
